Copyright protects original works of authorship. Hopenity does not allow users to post content that unlawfully copies, republishes, distributes, or otherwise infringes another person’s protected work.
Trademark
Trademark law protects names, logos, slogans, and other brand identifiers used to distinguish goods or services. Hopenity does not allow misleading use of another person’s or company’s mark in a way likely to confuse users.
Removal of content and account action
Hopenity may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, or take action against repeat offenders when a complaint appears credible or when policy violations are clear.
Information for rightsholders
If you believe your copyright or trademark rights have been violated, you should provide enough detail for us to identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing material, and the basis for your claim.
Information for users
If your content is removed because of an intellectual property complaint, you may contact the complaining party directly or reply through the available appeal or support channels where applicable.
General note
Hopenity is not a court and may not be able to resolve every ownership dispute. Users and rightsholders may need to seek legal advice or use formal legal processes where appropriate.

কপিরাইট মৌলিক সৃষ্টিশীল কাজকে সুরক্ষা দেয়। হোপেনিটি এমন কনটেন্ট অনুমোদন করে না যা বেআইনিভাবে অন্যের সুরক্ষিত কাজ কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বিতরণ বা লঙ্ঘন করে।
ট্রেডমার্ক
ট্রেডমার্ক নাম, লোগো, স্লোগান ও ব্র্যান্ড শনাক্তকারী চিহ্নকে সুরক্ষা দেয়। ব্যবহারকারীদের বিভ্রান্ত করার মতোভাবে অন্যের ব্র্যান্ড ব্যবহার হোপেনিটিতে অনুমোদিত নয়।
কনটেন্ট অপসারণ ও অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবস্থা
অভিযোগ বিশ্বাসযোগ্য হলে বা নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন স্পষ্ট হলে হোপেনিটি কনটেন্ট সরাতে, ভিজিবিলিটি কমাতে, ফিচার সীমিত করতে বা repeat offender-এর বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে।
রাইটহোল্ডারদের জন্য তথ্য
আপনার কপিরাইট বা ট্রেডমার্ক অধিকার লঙ্ঘন হলে এমন বিস্তারিত দিন যাতে সুরক্ষিত কাজ, অভিযুক্ত কনটেন্ট এবং আপনার দাবির ভিত্তি স্পষ্টভাবে শনাক্ত করা যায়।
ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য তথ্য
ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রোপার্টি অভিযোগে আপনার কনটেন্ট সরানো হলে, প্রয়োজনে অভিযোগকারী পক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন বা উপলভ্য আপিল বা সাপোর্ট চ্যানেল ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
